Gulf Harbour golf course is designed by Robert Trent Jones II, one of the leading designers in golf architecture today and features spectacular views over the Hauraki Gulf. The 1998 World Cup of Golf was played here and both Nick Faldo and Colin Montgomerie were openly impressed with the spectacular layout!
